Susan Fletcher, Ph.D. is a psychologist licensed in Texas and Colorado specializing in forensics providing child custody evaluations, psychological evaluations, reunification therapy, consulting, and expert testimony.  Dr. Fletcher is the author of two books: "Working in the Smart Zone", providing advice to career-oriented workers, and "Parenting in the Smart Zone", providing advice to parents. 

She has served as a member of the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (TSBEP) and the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) regulating the mental health profession in Texas. 

Dr. Fletcher provides trainings for attorneys, judges, and mental health professionals to promote research-based therapeutic services for families where resist-refusal dynamics are present.
